How to add a new Coupon
Go to the Coupons section in your left sidebar or navigate directly to /dash/coupons.
Click the Add New Coupon button at the top right of the coupons list.
Fine-tune your campaign with these essential fields:
- Name & Description: Internal labels to track your promotions.
- Categories & Tags: Restrict the coupon to specific product categories or groups of tagged items.
- Max & Min Discount: Protect your margins by setting a floor and ceiling for the savings.
- Usage Limit: Prevent over-exposure by limiting the total number of times a coupon can be redeemed.
- Validity (Start/End): Schedule your sales in advance with precise "Valid From" and "Valid Till" dates.

What if my coupons are expired?
Campaigns change, but your effort shouldn't go to waste. If a coupon has reached its "Valid Till" date, you can easily bring it back to life.
Reactivating or Hiding Coupons
- To Reactivate: Simply navigate to the coupon and update the Valid From and Valid Till dates. Once saved, it will be immediately usable again.
- To Hide: If you want to temporarily stop an active promotion, change its status to Draft. It will remain in your records but won't be visible or applicable by customers.
