Once grouped, you can apply specific discounting logic—like assigning exclusive coupon codes to your best shoppers—ensuring your promotional efforts are targeted exactly where they'll have the most impact.
How to manage Customer Groups
Go to the Users > Groups section in your left sidebar or navigate directly to /dash/customer-groups.
Click the Add Group button to create a new segment or select an existing one to modify its members.
Define your group identity and manage its members with these fields:
- Name & Title: Set clear labels for your internal tracking and reporting.
- Customer Search: Easily find and add customers to the group with the integrated search tool.
- Group Status: Manage lifecycle by setting the group to Pending, Active, or Inactive.
